I live on the Rowans (the Butt Lane end), and I was here when they 
delivered the plastic bottles green box. By the end of the day, there 
were still several sitting where they had been put by the deliverers.  I 
would not bet my life on the exact day, but I believe it was this past 
Monday morning.
