Aha, well not independent, but I've happened across some notes I took from
a meeting about the last life extension (so winter 2004/5 I think) and at
that time they (Waste Recycling Group I think) were claiming an input rate
of 115,000m3 per year so the two years figure starts to sound more
plausible.
