[milton-chat] Allotment theft

I was up there Thursday and was talking to a few people who had suffered
break ins to their sheds and quite a number of tools had been stolen.
The chap I was talking to seemed to think they had parked a van on the A14
and hopped over the fence to start looting the sheds.
