Having just cycled through the village, I should report that I saw two 
PCSOs.  One told me that responsibility for the Milton 'patch' is currently 
being shared between three of them.  They are expecting a new PCSO to be 
allocated to Milton in a few weeks time.

I should also say that they weren't eating cakes.
