You can post them off - have a look at

Click on the 'download labels' link on the right to get some address labels 
with the logo on (I seem to remember they like packages you send to have 
the logo so they know immediately that they contain stuff for recycling).

They have a map of areas that recycle or are considering recycling cartons 
at http://www.tetrapakrecycling.co.uk/04.htm#map . Our area is down as 'May 
be interested in future'. I wouldn't get too excited though - I spoke to a 
woman who is involved in recycling initiatives for Cambridge, and she tells 
me they can't collect them because they can't be recycled back into new 
cartons, unlike things like glass bottles that can be made into new 
bottles.
