You might say that, I couldn't possibly comment etc etc. ;-)

OK. I can. It would actually be quite hard to engineer that, both 
because of the situation with the land ownership and because the whole 
Park is in the Green Belt. Doesn't mean it's not impossible mind you, 
but it would be tricky to engineer.
