[milton-chat] milton country park and refreshments some confusion

I just visited their site and filled in their questionnaire. I was a bit
surprised that I wasn't asked for any personal details at all, other than
"What village or area of the city do you live in?". No name / address /
email. Admittedly I've not 'registered' on their site, but it didn't seem
worth registering just to do this survey.
