[milton-chat] milton country park and refreshments some confusion

Now I have been following this through the week and its good to see that 
something is starting to happen but can anyone give me an answer to a 
question that has to be asked.

How come that woman from the council keeps saying give us money and buy some 
refreshments when the save milton website says that money spent on 
refreshments does not help the park.
