You need to read this page http://www.savemiltoncountrypark.com/faq.html 
- that's explains how much it costs to run it as it's run now, with 
three rangers and all the services they offer. It could arguably be run 
for less, but it wouldn't be the same park.

It's actually SCDC who run the park, not CCC (although CCC do own a 
chunk of it down the middle - you'll find some more about that here

basically looking for a way out and, as far as I can tell, at this point 
they really would accept any solution that got some or all of the 
expenditure off their books.
