As has been pointed out the cafe isn't run by SCDC staff but by 
Cambridge Mencap who have a contract with SCDC. Among other things that 
calls on them to have the cafe open at weekends so I've forwarded your 
email to the relevant officer at SCDC so they're aware of the issue.
