[milton-chat] Flooding

Someone who I met last Friday, who knows some of the technical issues
involved with the Rowing Lake project, mentioned to me that as they will be
taking the water for the Lake from above Baits Bite Lock, the level of the
railway embankment will have to be raised (not sure by how much) in order to
get sufficient water to the lake without flooding the railway.

How much is that going to cost (trackbed, track, associated cabling and
overhead electrification structures etc will all have to be raised and
rebuilt), not to mention the lengthy disruption to rail services that will
cause while the work is carried out?

Martin.
