[milton-chat] Flooding

The Rowing Lake will effectively bring the River Cam 0.5km 
nearer to Milton, to the Milton side of the railway 
embankment.  The DEFRA map already shows a danger of flooding 
from the River Cam 0.5km on the Milton side of the river, so 
presumably the Rowing Lake will mean a danger of flooding up 
to the High Street.   This will obviously lower village 
property values, but will we have lower Council Tax ?
