Sorry about top posting but I can't seem to get this to work, maybe Paul can
explain why, I know he did a few months ago, but sorry I forgot why.
anyway this is what I was trying to say
Yes as far as I could see yesterday one did not have any road tax and the other
had trade plates in the window, trade plates can not be used for parking a
vehicle on the road, they are only for members of the trade to move or
demonstrate vehicles, as a member of the trade said you can't even stop to buy
a packet of fags with trade plates.
