Another article in the CEN.  I spotted it on a newstand yesterday, but
there was too much of a queue to buy one, and was expecting someone else
to have referenced here by now!

Amusingly, there is also an article about the rowing lakes in the online
version, but with the same picture of Milton Country Park.  How do the
Council, the Rowing Lakes proposal and the existence, or otherwise, of
Milton Country Park all fit together I wonder?
