[milton-chat] Tesco - additional floorspace

Better than them moving elsewhere to somewhere that isn't in the village
(eg Butt Lane which was definitely mooted at one point) where one wouldn't
easily be able, for example to come off the Jane Coston Bridge and pop in
on the way home on foot or bike, thus probably saving quite a few car
trips.  I'd rather see them make the best use of that site, which is
walkable and cycleable by many and on the bus route, than move and make
the store inaccessible to those without a car.
