[milton-chat] Tetrapak and carton recycling

South Cambs has finally sorted out some Tetrapak recycling banks. Our closest is at Girton Rec, and there is also one at Morrisons at Cambourne. They take (washed and flattened) juice cartons and other paper-based drinks cartons. You can get about 25 of these in a Tesco bag. Unless you are going that way, it is a bit crazy to drive there specially, so it seems a good idea to get together with neighbours, perhaps, to collect enough to make a trip worthwhile. I will be going to Cambourne on Tuesday (as it happens I go there quite often ...), so if anyone happens to be collecting cartons already, please on this occasion feel free to get in touch and drop them in to me. Perhaps if people who want to recycle them get in touch with me we can arrange a drop-off point to make it worthwhile, and I can take them to Cambourne every so often. Let me know what you think. Anyone like to volunteer some space to collect them in the village ...?
