It's more than a bit late!  They're building it - right now.  6000+ 
official objections at public enquiry didn't stop it; why should a few 
hundred online signatures make the slightest bit of difference? This 
petition might be a good way of venting some frustration, but there is 
absolutely no way it can achieve anything.
