I e'mailed Anglian Water (custservice at anglianwater.co.uk) copied to SCDC
and opened a log from
www.scambs.gov.uk/documents/retrieve.htm?pk_document=1684  as it is there
again today.

I also called SCDC today who, after a couple of false starts (said it was
City Council) logged my complaint. The guy said I didn't need to describe
the smell as he had driven by last night and knew exactly what it was
like.

God help us if they put the sewage works upwind of us by the traveller
site, instead of down wind at Honey Hill as they are threatening to do
after protests from Fen Ditton.  But then they are doing that under the
cover of the Country Park battle. "Keep everyone in Milton focussed on the
country park and we will slip the sewage works upwind of them whilst their
attention is diverted. They won't be able to organise and fight on two
fronts and we will be able to say we gave way on one”  Or is that too
cynical?
