It would be nice to go back in time to the days Sally mentioned when folks 
used to go swimming and playing witout hindrance in the fields and pits that 
made up the park.

What we need to remember of course is that in those days the land was all in 
private hands and the owners didnt bother fencing them hardly so in effect 
we were all trespassing.

The problem of course is that life has moved on since then and all the 
wishing in the world is not going to bring those times back, more's the the 
pity.
