I placed an order online on Saturday. The web site insisted I use new 
postcode as it didn't recognise the old one. Today I got a phone call 
from the company: they're trying to ship it and the shipping software 
didn't recognise the new postcode so I had to give him the old one 
*too*. Sigh.
