[hisimp] Guided Bus works - decision on Gatehouse Road

   The Guided Bus team at the County Council have decided to press ahead
   with the complete closure (except for pedestrians and cyclists) of
   Gatehouse Road from 29th October to late February. The full details are
   in a letter that is being sent to all residents, an extract of which is

   Diversions will be signposted, and they will be doing their best to
   finish early. Works of this nature are likely to be very dependent on
   the weather that we get - and hopefully we will not see the over-run
   that happened at Oakington.
   Gatehouse Road may be closing, there'll be roadworks at the crossing by
   the station, but Histon & Impington are still open for business. Please
   do pass on to friends, particularly those who visit from outside of the
   village, that shops and businesses are still here - and still welcoming
   custom.
