New fitness activities at the Rec

Burn off those extra pounds put on over Christmas with ....

Circuits - energy burst with varied multi station exercises.
Spinning - static based bikes to suit all levels of fitness

Taster sessions Monday 22 & 29 January with circuits 6.45m to 7.45pm 
& Spinning 8pm to 9pm. Cost £2 per session. Nine week course starts 
Monday 5 February

HISTON & IMPINGTON RECREATION GROUND COMMITTEE

Seek a part time, self employed, activity co-ordinator / Multi skills 
coach to develop and help deliver a range of sporting & healthy 
excercise activities using the facilities on the villages' recreation ground.

Milton Country Park

South Cambridgeshire District Council plan to close Milton Country 
Park at the end of August if no-one can be found to take it 
over.  Visit http://www.savemiltoncountrypark.com/ and sign up to 
their petition to show the strength (and spread) of feelings about 
this course of action.
