Hi,
Many thanks to everyone who helped last Saturday, thankfully the rain was
only light so the tree canopy was able to give us plenty of protection.
It turned out to be quite a tricky task so it was great to have so many
people (all men this time apart from me!) to help.
After closer inspection of one of the trees we were clearing ivy off we
realised that it had several dead limbs, including some loose ones lodged in
precarious places. It seemed that only the ivy was holding them in place and
stopping them from falling onto the verge or ditch! Needless to say it's all
safe now and the ivy and branches are now making a nice new low-rise habitat
on the edge of the paddock for all those wild displaced residents.
A great job well done!
Thanks,
Pene
