[hisimp-chat] Saturday 3rd October - Litter Picking & preparing the new B1049 bed

Hi Everyone,
Many thanks to everyone who helped with with all the enviro. tasks last
Saturday. We achieved such a lot!  Between the two groups we litterpicked
Impington Lane (part), New Road, The Doles, Hereward Close, Homefield Park,
B1049, The Copse, The Crescent, Mill Road, Station Road (part) Cambridge
Road and The Coppice. We also had time to water the new trees and weed the
new bed opposite the hotel. The ground was too hard to dig so we'll rotavate
it when we get some compost but before we put in the edging and some more
soil.
