[hisimp-chat] HGV overnight parking restrictions

I have noted this.

One problem is that the signage is not completely clear so I have asked for
another sign to be put up where the problem is.

I have also alerted the police and it will soon be necessary to issue a few
tickets. Then the word will get around.

It's nice to see that the road signs stopping overnight parking for HGVs 
have now gone up.

It is also a pity that they are being blatantly ignored. Last night, not 
for the first time this week, there were two HGVs (and a coach) parked 
in the usual spot on Cambridge Road.

Who is responsible for enforcing this restriction? Are they going to bother?
