[hisimp-chat] Successful enviro.working party @ The Brook in Histon

Hi Everyone,

Many thanks to Geoff and David for your help with all the strimming along
the brook and to Everyone else for all the raking, bundling up and disposing
of the arisings!

Special thanks too to Mick & Angela for sorting out the lovely hot bacon
butties and to Steve for the sweeties... my we are being treated well these
days!

Despite the freezing conditions we completed the task and everyone's
efforts can now rewarded by the sight of a fantastic finished job - Well
done! We now just need to wait and see the new growth sprout up in the
spring.

For those who weren't able to come this time the main choice for our
anniversary walk and lunch is Sunday 1st Feb..... if you'd like to reserve a
place for you for lunch please let me now. Further details... times price
etc. will follow shortly.
