1. Impington Village College - proposed change of status	from a
      Community to a Foundation school. (Huw)

 Please note: I am not a governor and this is not an 'official' request from
the governors. I am a concerned parent who believes there should be a public
meeting during the first phase of consultation.

 Would you welcome the opportunity to put questions to the governors during
this first consultation period (ending 4th November). Would youlike  to hear
the views of other interested parties.  If you feel that an early public
meeting would be useful to help you form a considered opinion, please write
or send an email (including your name and address) to the chair of
governors, Martin Rigby(mrigby at impington.cambs.sch.uk), at Impington Village
College.

If that's OK with you I will sent that out to in the next mailing to the
milton-news list too as a lot of Milton children go to IVC.
